Deliveries and Returns


Here at Benjamin Brown Vintage we pride ourselves in paying attention to the finer details. A beautiful dress deserves beautiful packaging and your item will be sent to you boxed and wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon.


Some dresses are available in stock or are made to order. We aim to despatch vintage or pre-made dresses within two working days. If you are not at home Royal Mail will leave a card advising you to collect the item from your local Post Office.

Postage and packing costs are detailed on your order form.

We will email you to confirm despatch and estimated delivery time. Express and international delivery is available by request. Please email us for further details.


If you are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to help. You may return items within seven working days of receipt. Please contact us immediately by email and we will respond with a confirmation return number which should be written on the returns form and placed in the parcel. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return and we would recommend that you select a postage method that enables you to track or insure an item as we cannot refund on items that are lost in the post on the way back to us.

Upon receipt of your item we will check for evidence of wear and tear; damage and/or tag removal. Provided everything is in good condition your payment will be credited within seven working days. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
